Reviews

About 3 or 4 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the fingers of my right hand, and I obtained Dr. Yang's book on Qigong for Arthritis and joint pain. I did exactly the exercises shown in the video for 70 days in a row each day, and it cured my arthritis, and I am now free of the arthritis in my hand. So I am very grateful to Dr. Yang, as his book cured me of arthritis—Kind Regards, Max
