Curated For You With Your Health In Mind: The “Traditional Chinese Medicine Course”

What You Should Expect In The Self-Paced “Traditional Chinese Medicine Course”

When your box first arrives, you will score your newest and most intriguing collection of the four best textbooks available on the subject of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

As you open the box, you will notice the four main textbooks are compact in size but dense, thick, and chock full of life-giving insights. These texts have been personally curated for you to help you immerse yourself deliberately in your study and attainment of maximum whole life health and longevity.

This course was developed and curated by YMAA president, David Ripianzi, in his lifework with the author Xu Xiangcai (We call him “Xu” -- pronounced “zoo”). This is because he and our staff members at YMAA Publication Center embrace these principles whole-heartedly in their daily routine.

At YMAA we feel everyone should have the opportunity to include and enjoy the in-depth lifestyle and practice of the principles taught by Xu Xiangcai in our highly detailed Traditional Chinese Medicine Course” to help themselves, friends and family members live a very long, active and satisfying life filled with the activities, experiences and enjoyments of a life worth living fully.

The very best way we know to give you the gift of lasting health, vitality and true longevity is to strongly encourage you to study the art and science of TCM as taught throughout Xu Xiangcai's Traditional Chinese Medicine Course.

You will find the study delightful and at times you may feel challenged too. But as for the occasional feelings of challenge, “pay them no mind.” Know that this may be a signal of your unconscious messaging you to think about making some positive life changes brought to your attention through your course of study.

May I make one small recommendation to you?

As you pace yourself through all four of the textbooks that we have hand-picked for you, have a blank journal or a pad of paper with you. Simply take notes. Whether you take copious voluminous dictations of your thoughts or simple bullet outlines of your ideas is immaterial. However, you will serve yourself well by noting what simple changes you will commit to making in your daily life toward improving your health.

I personally promise you this...

If you take no more than a half hour to an hour per day (I prefer to study after my evening meal) before you know it, within weeks, you will make progressive health gains. When approaching the final chapters of textbook four, many people report feeling almost sad or melancholy when realizing their delightful daily ritual of calming study with the “Traditional Chinese Medicine Course” is nearing completion.

Of course, you may come back to your cherished library of “Traditional Chinese Medicine Course textbooks throughout your lifetime to replenish your knowledge many times. And you will do just that.

Join millions of people who have used Traditional Chinese Medicine as the road to health and happiness!
